Guardian Security Group employs a full time in-house IT department and does not outsource these services. This gives us a number of advantages including:

Remote Capabilities

Guardian Security Group has significant remote arming and programming capabilities. These often reduce the requirement for staff to physically turn the alarm on and off. It can also eliminate the need for alarm technicians to complete on-site technical work in some cases.

Depending on the alarm system installed the technology has the ability to perform the following functions:

  • Remotely arm/disarm alarm systems.

  • Remotely change access codes.

  • Remotely add and remove users.

  • Remotely program alarm system settings.

  • Remotely turn relays on and off.

Technical Services

The Monitoring Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to assist and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Guardian Security Group employs a Technical Services Coordinator to liaise with our customers and coordinate alarm technicians should a site visit be required.
